These terms apply to your use of ghostunit.ai and to reservations and purchases of GhostUnit products. By using the site or placing a reservation, you agree to them.

Reservations and deposits

Reserving a GhostUnit holds your place in line at the early-bird price shown at the time you reserve. A reservation may require a $99 deposit, which is fully refundable as described in our Refund Policy. A reservation is not a completed purchase; we will contact you to complete your order before your unit ships.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Early-bird pricing ($1,299) applies to reservations placed during the pre-sale; the regular price is $1,499. We may change prices or specifications for future orders. Ship dates are our current target and may change; if your ship date changes, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

The product

GhostUnit runs an AI assistant that uses third-party cloud AI services you connect (for example, your own AI account). Those services are governed by their own terms and may charge their own fees. An internet connection is required. AI output can be inaccurate; review important information before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Don't use GhostUnit or this site for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to try to break or misuse our systems.

Warranty and liability

Hardware warranty terms are included with your unit. To the extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
